1. Acceptance. By accessing or purchasing from AIMasterclass, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Purchases. The $20 masterclass fee grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access course materials. All sales are final. No refunds after digital access is granted.

3. Intellectual Property. All course content, workflows, and platform code are owned by AIMasterclass. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission.

4. Third-Party Tools. The AI tools listed in the directory are independent open-source projects. AIMasterclass does not own, maintain, or warrant any third-party tool. Use them at your own risk.

5. Disclaimers. Income figures mentioned are illustrative examples only. AIMasterclass makes no guarantee of specific financial results from applying course content.

6. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts.

Data We Collect. We collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe) when you register or purchase. We also collect anonymized usage analytics.

How We Use It. Your data is used solely to provide your account, process payments, send receipts, and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage. Account data is stored securely in encrypted MongoDB databases. Payment data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.

Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Essential Cookies. Required for login sessions and security. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies. Used to understand how users navigate the platform so we can improve it. You may opt out via our cookie banner.

Preference Cookies. Remember your settings and progress. Optional but recommended.

All data transmissions are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
